The virtualisation solution from transtec replaces all the 35 previously used servers. Considerably less hardware not only means less administration and maintenance but also the total energy costs have been drastically reduced. What‘s more, virtualisation units can be utilised far more effi ciently as CPU performance is only provided where it is really needed. A total of three transtec CCV-V55002U virtualisation servers are connected with one transtec virtualisation storage bundle CCSVRISCSI with redundant iSCSI. Another four physical server cores complete the IT infrastructure solution. |
